Anonymous Issue's this statement about Pennsylvania Judge

Greeting Citizens we are Anonymous. It has been brought to our attention that a Pennsylvania Judge has let a known pedophile free to walk the streets of Berks County Wyomissing. For the third time he has been dismissed of child porn charges because of a Judge Jeffrey K. Sprecher ruled that Kenneth F. Sodomsky's rights were violated when a technician searched his computer at Circuit City, a former electronics store in Wyomissing back in 2005. Paul D. Boas, a Pittsburgh lawyer representing Sodomsky, requested that Sprecher for the third time to reopen Sodomsky's case because his right to privacy was violated when Sodomsky's computer was seized without a search warrant. We believe in our constitutional rights, we fight for human rights, free speech, and against all acts of censorship but in this case Kenneth F. Sodomsky lost his rights when he was reported for having 119 pornographic images of children and 39 pornographic videos of children. Children are innocent and should not and will not be exploited in a vile disgusting manner in which these individuals support obviously by fighting for Kenneth F. Sodomsky’s freedom and judgment handed down to allow him to walk away free. Under the laws of the United States, “Images of child pornography are not protected under First Amendment rights, and are illegal contraband under federal law. Section 2256 of Title 18, United States Code, defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (someone under 18 years of age).  Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor.  Undeveloped film, undeveloped videotape, and electronically stored data that can be converted into a visual image of child pornography are also deemed illegal visual depictions under federal law.”  Kenneth F. Sodomsky lost is right of privacy when he delivered his computer for servicing. Any violation of federal child pornography law is a serious crime, and convicted offenders face severe statutory penalties.We Anonymous demand that Kenneth F. Sodomsky be retried and have the full book of the law thrown at him and make him pay for the crimes committed towards the innocent children he exploited and shared among other sick individuals that infect our inner webs. Paul D. Boas and Judge Jeffrey K. Sprecher must pay for their actions for allowing a pedophile to walk free. Anonymous and fellow citizens must speak out against these crimes and Judge Jeffrey K. Sprecher must step down from his chair. He is a disgrace and no better than the pedophile he let free. The verdict is out and Anonymous has passed judgment towards these crimes. Mr. Sodomsky, Judge Jeffrey K. Sprecher, and Paul D. Boas we the people are speaking out and demand justice.
